Very well run and beginner friendly
If you are a beginner this is a great event; just don’t get put off by all the true triathlon bikes! This was my first ever duathlon and thoroughly enjoyed the friendly atmosphere
A fantastic club-run event which could easily stand alongside the bigger commercially organised events in the London area.
The club members are friendly at the event despite everyone needing to focus on their race.

I completed my first duathlon on the 16/06/22 and would certainly recommend it as an excellent event to attend. The set up was organised, the people were helpful and kind, the atmosphere was good and I thoroughly enjoyed myself!

Did the run in my wheelchair ill deffo be back.
great atmosphere, did the run in my wheelchair as my legs are squiffy when I run (ms). My chairs designed to race on the running track so go straight, go left go straight the one not very fun hill was a right turn into left so I have to steer with one hand and push with the other so can only put half the power in going up but apart from that zoom zoom, will deffo be back I have something I need to conquer. All the people organizing everything were lovely too.

From registration to bike checks, all volunteers, the MC at race briefing and the goodie bag, it was a great event. Friendly and supportive volunteers. Perfect weather for an evening or racing

Fun, well organised, cheap race, the best training session you'll ever do
These events just keep getting better & better. The core is that it's a great venue & the organisers/marshalls know what they're doing. The chip timing & now the big screen is just adding to that, making the race feel even more like a professional run event but still with a low-key, friendly atmosphere & the best price out there
